Are they clean Mister Karpal Singh?

Below is a recent news report about what Ngeh had to say about the land/logging scandal involving him, his cousin Nga and a large tract of land in Kelantan.

Take note of the warnings, advice, insinuations and the sheer arrogance of the multi-millionaire DAP politician turned tycoon. Or is it multi-millionaire tycoon turned DAP politicians?

I'm sure DAP chairman Karpal Singh, a man known for his unwavering principles, would be able to enlighten us on which is which about this DAP multi-millionaire who appears to be Kelantan Pas Mentri Besar Nik Abdul Aziz's blue-eyed boy.

IPOH: Perak DAP chairman Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham yesterday said he was prepared to be investigated by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) over his and his cousin, Nga Kor Ming's project in Kelantan.

The Beruas member of parliament and Sitiawan assemblyman said he had nothing to fear over the deal.
He, however, "advised" MACC not to waste its time to probe the matter as it would not be able to find any elements of corruption or wrongdoing on his or Nga's part.
"I have explained on numerous occasions how the deal came about. We have been very transparent.
"More importantly, we are also clean. As such, don't waste your time probing us."
He also urged the MACC to be fair in carrying out its duties as it had yet to get back to him on several reports against the state government.
"I want to remind the MACC that its job is to catch the corrupt people and not private enterprise. MACC has no business in private enterprise," he added.
Ngeh also said that it was not the public's business on where he obtained the money for the said land deal.
Nga, meanwhile, said allegations that the land deal given to him and Ngeh in lieu of the Perak Menteri Besar post was a lie.
He said said it was common knowledge that the state's menteri besar was chosen by the Sultan of Perak Sultan Azlan Shah back in 2008.
He said the ruler had chosen Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin after three names were submitted.
Nga called on MACC to be professional. "Show us you are impartial first before we can have any confidence in them."
The New Straits Times reported that the MACC was investigating the Kelantan government's joint-venture rubber and oil palm estate project with the company in which Ngeh and Nga had stakes.
A source said investigations are looking into ascertaining on whether there was elements of irregularities or inducement in the deal. - NST

Picture of the land which is now so 'botak' cum free from any living animals or flora and fauna, and said to be causing massive river pollution is HERE

p/s Friends in Kelantan are telling me that the rightful owner of the 10,000ha land are the natives in the area, i.e. the Orang Asli.

Puncak Setiawangsa landslide in pictures

The double storey bungalow on Puncak Setiawangsa which appears okay... until you notice a lonely Teddy crying at the main door of the bungalow whose occupants were nowhere to be seen.

When you take a peek inside then you realise there is nothing left of the bungalow except for the front facade. The rest is down the hill.

Below are what is left of a double storey bungalow which stood at 39, Jln Puncak Setiawangsa 2

Anti-logging activists and the DAP's latest scandal

Listen carefully to what DAP's MP for Bandar Kuching Chong Chieng Jen has to say about logging companies and the profits that they make.

"Tens of million in profit from a 3,000 ha site" - he says.

In this Oct, 2010 Opposition mouthpiece video, Chong who is Sarawak DAP secretary and now CEC member cries out aloud for native rights against logging.

He alleged -"Sarawak's resources being given to companies linked to Chief Minister's sister"

He claimed the basic human rights and lifestyle of the natives are adversely affected by logging purportedly carried out by companies 'linked' to the CM.

Sarawak chief minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud is a BN component leader. The state DAP leaders together with some PKR activists have been hurling wild accusations against Taib for decades now.

Never mind the fact that to-date there is not even an iota of evidence to support their allegations against Taib.

The DAP and PKR activist, together with their Pas crowd, are also the darlings of foreign anti-logging activist.

The likes of Bruno Manser and his ala-'multi-level marketing' BMFoundation have lauded these local 'activists' as heroes of the natives for their strong anti-logging stance.

I wont be surprised if the DAP and PKR in Sarawak have had received funds from such international anti-logging groups to mount a challenge against Taib on the pretext of anti-logging campaigns.

Unlike the DAP's very own latest land/logging scandal in Perak/Kelantan, the allegations against Taib are yet to be proven.

On the contrary, DAP's direct involvement in this latest logging scandal is factual. Even Datuk Ngeh and his cousin cum secretary Nga have indirectly admitted that they are not full-time politicians championing the people's cause as portrayed.

Now listen to the Kuching MP's views in the video again, but this time remember that the natives are the Orang Asli in Kelantan and the logging company belongs to the DAP... and/or their transparent, trustworthy and holier than thou leaders from Perak.

p/s Chong ah! If 3,000ha could generate 'tens of millions in profit', how much do you think Ngeh and Nga could have generated from the 10,000ha of land in Kelantan?

PAS' past jokes and the joker in the plot

We have the MP from Pokok Sena singing Raja Petra's song as to why the then IGP (this is a Sept 1, 2009 video) should not be extended in service. Never mind the Pas MP coz we know what he is capable of, but was Raja Petra telling the truth or a tall tale he was informed about?

I hope Raja Petra gathers enough guts and gumption to tell us more about the mystical B.K.Tan, Ramli Yusof, Rosli Dahlan and other characters in the plot. The ex-MACC and Telco 'advisor' cum ex-Sabah businessman looks very interesting!

How can there be underworld when ...
