DAP above the law ?

Initially (before, during and immediately after the last GE) it was just Lim Guan Eng's arrogance plus his father Kit Siang's tears and threats against the Registrar of Societies. The father and son called names and ridiculed this particular Govt agency without even an iota of decency or sincerity. It was pure deception.

Kit Siang fooled the Chinese in Malaysia to an unprecedented level after his 'crocodile tears' stunt. It must have been so effective that now every Kok, DICK and Hally in DAP are jumping into the bandwagon.

They are even threatening to sue the RoS if the notice (below) is not revoked. Now, what does the notice say… in actual fact?

Why is it that the arrogant DAP leaders have made it a point to consistently go against the law and yet threaten the respective government agencies when they are caught with their pants down? 

Why is it so difficult for the DAP to appoint a mere 20-member CEC without any controversy and/or irregularities as reported and made public by their own members? 

DAP leaders in Kedah seem to have opened their eyes wide enough to see the hidden talents of their national leaders. 

'Demonise the RoS' campaign has no takers in Kedah coz the state leaders know Guan Eng's hidden talents by now. 

Even the long serving Kedah DAP leader would have been slaughtered (politically) had he not brought his case to the RoS for justice.

It appears that generally DAP members and supporters respect and abide by the rule of law, except for a selected few who have no choice but to blame the RoS and every other person who stands against their dynasty in the DAP. 

p/s Beats me how some learned lawyers in DAP could push themselves so low to be on the same deck with power crazy lunatics, especially in matters involving rules, regulations and the law of the land.

Teng vs DAP vs Pakatan State Government.

SELANGOR Speaker Teng Chang Khim’s name is found written all over the place at public parks in the Sungai Pinang constituency.

The Sungai Pinang assemblyman seems to have adopted a bold strategy by displaying his name on benches, gazebos and playground equipment provided by him to the constituents.

However, Teng’s action has not gone well with some of the residents in the constituency which covers a large part of North Klang town, Taman Eng Ann and a section of Jalan Meru. - TheStar

SUNGAI PINANG assemblyman Teng Chang Khim sees nothing wrong in putting his name on the benches, gazebos and playground equipment that had been provided to his constituents from state allocation.

Teng said he had spent 30% from his RM500,000 annual allocation for providing park facilities in his constituency. - TheSTAR

CRONYISM, CORRUPTION, NEPOTISM & DAP

SAVE DAP!

The recent corruption, abuse of power, cronyism and nepotism cases involving DAP politicians in Selangor is turning uglier by the day.

The still underground SAVE DAP movement, formed to prevent DAP from being turned into a Sendirian Berhad company by Kit, Kapal & Sons, is gaining momentum by the day.

An increasing number of state DAP leaders, particularly party veterans, are increasingly impatient with the dictatorial ways of Kit & Gang.

The SDN.BHD Gang's victims within DAP are many, scattered around the country in the various states that the socialist party has taken root.

Although DAP has been in existence for five decades now, the party has ONLY ONE LEADER in Lim Kit Siang.

He has been there, maintaining an iron-grip on the party's steering wheels for more than FOUR DECADES, while pointing fingers at others.

LIM KIT SIANG is a dictator who has successfully placed his son to take over if he kicks the bucket tonight, but that succession plan is in tatters now with the emergence of the SAVE DAP movement.

DAP veterans backing the movement or campaign, believed to be led by none other than founding member Dr.Chen Man Hin, have had numerous meetings in the run up to the upcoming DAP party polls later this year.

Those who have been suffering in silence for almost two decades after Kit & Gang strengthened their position by sacking prominent young leaders in mid-90s have now re-grouped.

Kit and Karpal's strategies to divide and rule DAP might have worked well in the past but come this party elections the two party supremo might be in for a shock, a shock of their lifetime.

While they are busy accusing the whole world of all types of crime and wrongdoings, the some young turks (backed by seasoned hands) are out for blood. They are out to settle an old score and Kit Siang knows his sins all to well.

With the sacking of Tee Boon Hock and Yap Hock Siew for the Letterhead scandal, Lim Kit Siang and his son after more than a month the scandal broke out are still keeping quiet. We all know who is operating behind the scene or the unseen hands.

One glaring fact about this Letterhead scandal was: Tee Boon Hock, Yap Hock Siew and Ronnie Liu have all signed support letters for contracts or projects in Selangor.

One simple glaring scandal of double talk and standard is: WHY ONLY TEE BOON HOCK AND YAP HOCK SIEW WERE SACKED BY THE DAP KANGAROO COURT (DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE) AND RONNIE LIU (THE EXCO MAN) WAS PROTECTED????????????

Lim Kit Siang, the “great” defender against INJUSTICE and CEO of DAP Sdn Bhd must immediately clarify the GLARING INCONSISTENCY OF PUNISHMENT for these persons in accordance with the DAP principles of “CAT” (COMPETENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY & TRANSPARENCY).
