NUMERO UNO

STATESMAN says

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s speech at the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority organized Global Competitiveness Forum is once again sending waves across continents.

Our Statesman’s thoughts, ideas and wisdom (plus wit) is still much sought after by the Global community and influential Governments while compulsive LIARS like Anwar Ibrahim are busy selling themselves like downtrodden pros#@%&tes.

Mahathir calls for rebuilding of global financial system
Ghazanfar Ali Khan Arab News

“He pointed out that the doctrine of his governance is, which is the slogan in Malaysia, is “prosper thy neighbor”. “If the neighbor is prosperous, there will be less problems across the border and the problems of the neighboring nations will not spill over to,” said Mahathir, who is an acclaimed statesman.

He said that the attempts were made to overlook the problems and patch them up, which later surfaced alarming proportions.
He referred to the Enron and AIG failures in the US to substantiate his point.”

Mahathir blasts Israeli terror

Ghazanfar Ali Khan Arab News

RIYADH: Malaysia’s former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad strongly backed the Saudi call for a probe into Israeli war crimes, and said that the UN must set up a war crimes tribunal against Tel Aviv to investigate what he called the genocide of innocent Palestinians. Speaking to Arab News yesterday, Mahathir said he supported the Arab peace initiative of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah."

BYE BYE LABU!

TQ, DATUK SERI NAJIB TUN RAZAK!

The Government has REJECTED both Sime Darby and AirAsia's proposal to build 'Tony's airport in Labu' after a 60-min meeting this afternoon.

It was understood that Najib, who is Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, gave great 'weight' and respect for the rakyat's sentiments AGAINST the dubious project which would have KILLED KLIA.

More than 3,000 hectares of land that was once owned by Guthrie would have also disappeared into the darkness.

Also read Sime Darby Watch HERE.

p/s further details of what actually transpired in the FRIDAY MEETING might follow suit but what MATTERS most is that the totally unnecessary and dubious project has been scrapped.
I'm particularly happy to note the early-signs of a more CONFIDENT and no-nonsense Government ... under Najib.

NOW IT'S YOURTEAM.

Classic case of a DESPERATE true-blue turncoat ...who is JUMPING from myteam to YOURTEAM!

Over the last five years, ever since Abdullah Ahmad Badawi was made the Prime Minister of this country, Air Asia has been flying very high.

The cheap-airline was flying even higher than our National Carrier – MAS and Tony Fernandes enjoyed the privileges of a Cabinet member in flexing and breaking existing industry policies.

What Tony and self-proclaimed kingmakers from the FOURTH FLOOR wanted, they GOT IT! Either by hook or crook, they just simply got whatever that they wanted.

And all those honeymoon in the blue sky seems to be losing altitude and CRASHING.

The super-hero of the Malaysian aviation industry who jumped into the scene and prostituted the Transport Ministry is now publicly crying that his biggest mistake was to be associated with Badawi’s famous and all too powerful Son-In-Law.

Tony wants to swear by any Holy Scripture that the SiL doesn’t hold any stake in AirAsia. The spoiled-brat of a businessman has also started attacking bloggers for standing up against his BULLSHIT!

He says blogs are ‘sick and twisted’ and blamed a “vicious” community of bloggers for failing to appraise his company objectively.

Tony says he is not a CRONY, but Who is Kalimullah, the AirAsiaX chairman and a substantial stakeholder in your company Mr.Tony? I’m sure he is not the nuclear scientist from Pakistan, is he?

STOP YOUR BULLSHIT TONY! Just FLY if you can or let MAS take-over AirAsia. After all everyone knows that you are almost bankrupt and please don’t expect the RAKYAT to fund your ‘airport in the sky’.

Read his BULLSHIT which appeared in Malaysiakini HERE.

p/s Were civil servants on official trip 'forced' to fly AirAsia, Rural Air Services raped for the temporary pleasure of Tony and friends, more than RM100 million of debts yet to be paid to MAHB, MAS' international routes (London) stolen from MAS ..... the list (of cronyism and abuse) could go on and on.

SUSPEND NORZA FROM UMNO!

SELECTIVE SUSPENSION?

Shouldn’t UMNO SUSPEND its Supreme Council member Datuk Norza Zakaria who is currently under investigations for CORRUPTION/BRIBERY?

WHY aren’t the party taking any action against the Wilayah Umno Youth chief when even higher ranking leaders than Norza have been suspended in the past due to vague allegations of ‘money politics’ via the party’s internal investigation mechanism.

Isn’t Norza’s POLITICAL CORRUPTION investigations being pursued by the brand-new Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission serious enough for UMNO to suspend him?

I really wonder what is running in Tan Sri Isa Samad’s mind at the moment, watching this kind of SELECTIVE SUSPENSION in Umno.

I THINK this is something which the Umno Supreme Council should ponder during its next meeting.

p/s I also wonder what happened to the other corruption reports lodged, including the one against Datuk Johari Baharom (Kubang Pasu) about his corrupt acts during the Divisional meeting? I’m sure all ACA files are with MACC or MCAC now, or is it with KJ?

MURDERED or DIED?

DO WE NEED THIS?

I count myself as a loyal citizen of this beloved country and respect the rule of law, the Government (not the Prime Minister and his goons) and the enforcement authorities including the Royal Malaysian Police.

But the latest death-in-custody of a 22 yr old car-theft crime suspect is simply so sickening that I fear such recurring cases of death-in-the-cell would leave a long-lasting scar on the Police force and the Government.

It might be of no purpose to count on the Home Minister (who is fighthing for his political survival) to handle this crisis in the police force but I'm still confident that Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan will leave no stones unturned in this probe and PUNISH THOSE RESPONSIBLE ACCORDINGLY.

Watch the video link here - LIQUID-IN-THE-LUNG-DEATH and THINK for yourself, my fellow Malaysians.

I really wonder why such stupid-acts still take place in our society ?

(The deceased, Kugan Ananthan, 22, from Puchong was arrested on 15 Jan in connection with car theft cases. He collapsed and died on 20 January at the Taipan police station in Subang Jaya.
A Serdang Hospital post-mortem revealed he died due to ‘liquid in his lungs’. The family are now seeking an independent post-mortem.) - Anil Netto.

RAKYAT vs TONY?

WHO is In-Charge?

The outcome of the meeting between Khazanah, the Economic Planning Unit (read Prime Minister’s Department) and Malaysian business supremo Tony Fernandez pertaining to the creation of another airport in Labu has many implications.

Of the many queries, the outcome would most certainly answer one BIG question running in the minds of Malaysians and foreign investors alike.

WHO in actually in charge here?

WHO decides on the long-term interest, viability, national security and most importantly who takes care of the wider interests of the RAKYAT?

The KLIA@East appears very much like an ill conceived idea of a few individuals that has been put on an extremely FAST-TRACK, until it was brought to a halt by concerned cyber-citizens … led by none other than Tun Dr.Mahathir Mohamad’s voice of reason.

More than 90% of the arguments in cyber-space suggested that Tony’s Airport in Labu is a BAD IDEA that should not have been on the plate in the first place.

Sime Darby, Tony’s partner in this dubious venture, brought along their own baggage after being unceremoniously kicked-out from Institut Jantung Negara – IJN.

Sime Darby is now perceived to be a ‘crook’ in the corporate world.

The public-outcry against Tony’ Airport failed to get any reaction or response from the Government, including from the now non-existent Minister of Transport (this guys is incompetent to the core) or his boss Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. (who also happens to be Tony and Tan Sri Musa Hitam’s BOSS).

The deal seemed sealed with the full backing of the Government, until Khazanah Nasional managing director Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar poured cold water on Tony’s face.

Azman’s statement REJECTING Tony’s Airport while defending the National Airport Master Plan was of great relief, BUT how in the hell did Tony and his goons arrive here with their ‘airport in the sky’?

HOW & WHY did the government give Air Asia and Sime Darby the nod for the dubious project when KHAZANAH is so strongly against the idea?

I think the Prime Minister owes us, MALAYSIANS, an explanation on this.

Tell us WHO’s In-Charge …we know its not you! You might not even know where Labi is, I mean LABU is.

p/s Sime Darby’s ‘black hearts’ might tag along Tony for the meeting at the Ministry of Finance. These guys are still adamant of building Tony’s Airport … even if its in the sky right above KLIA. (Untuk menegak-kan benang yang sudah kuyup di-basahi kencing rakyat)
