Remember Xavier Andre JUSTO ?

Many will have to pay for this heinous crime. Not only Najib, Jho Low, Riza and the bunch of thieves and traitors but the others who knowingly became accessory to this despicable crime. The list would certainly include all those who wanted us Malaysians to believe that Justo was the bad guy who wanted to 'topple democratically elected Government'.  The Malaysian media, particularly those who packed lies as exclusive reports will also have to pay a very heavy price. 

Imagine what would have happened to us Malaysians if both Justo and Claire Newcastle Brown are as intelligent as the entire Malaysian Cabinet ? 

The Malaysian Cabinet is made up of politicians from 13 political parties representing a cross section of the society and ALL of them fully support Najib Razak, the infamous #MalaysianOfficial1. 

The ruling coalition Barisan Nasional is made up of 13 different parties and NOT a single entity made up of Umno, Umno and Umno.

On 22 June 2015, Xavier Justo, a 48-year-old retired Swiss banker, walked towards the front door of his brand new boutique hotel on Koh Samui, a tropical Thai island. He had spent the past three years building the luxurious white-stone complex of chalets and apartments overlooking the shimmering sea and was almost ready to open for business. All he needed was a licence.

Justo had arrived in Thailand four years earlier, having fled the drab world of finance in London. In 2011, he and his girlfriend Laura toured the country on a motorbike and, two years later, they got married on a secluded beach. The couple eventually settled down in Koh Samui, a tourist hotspot, just an hour’s flight south of Bangkok. After trying out a couple of entrepreneurial ventures, Justo eventually decided that he would go into the hotel business. He bought a plot with an imposing house and began building: adding a gym, villas and a tennis court.

That June afternoon, he was expecting a visit from the tourism authorities to sign off on the paperwork. Instead, a squad of armed Thai police burst through the unlocked door, bundling Justo to the ground. The officers tied their plastic cuffs so tightly around Justo’s wrists that he bled on the dark tiled floor. The police quickly moved into his office, ripping out the computers and emptying the filing cabinets.

After two days in a ramshackle local jail, Justo was flown to Bangkok and paraded before the media, in a press conference befitting a mafia kingpin. Still wearing shorts and flip-flops, he was flanked by four commandos holding machine guns, while a quartet of senior Royal Thai Police officers briefed the assembled reporters on the charges against him.

Justo was charged with an attempt to blackmail his former employer, a little-known London-based oil-services company named PetroSaudi. But behind this seemingly mundane charge lay a much bigger story.

Six months earlier, Justo had handed a British journalist named Clare Rewcastle Brown thousands of documents, including 227,000 emails, from the servers of his former employer, PetroSaudi, which appeared to shed light on the alleged theft of hundreds of millions of dollars from a state-owned Malaysian investment fund known as 1MDB.

The documents that Justo leaked have set off a chain reaction of investigations in at least half a dozen countries, and led to what Loretta Lynch, the US attorney general, described last week as “the largest kleptocracy case” in US history. -

1MDB / PetroSaudi - Apa kesudahan kes Justo ?

Masih ingatkah kita akan siasatan Polis Di-Raja Malaysia keatas bekas eksekutif PetroSaudi International, Xavier Andre Justo? 

Ketua Polis Negara Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar sendiri telah mengetuai siasatan terhadap tuduhan cubaan menjatuhkan kerajaan yang dilemparkan terhadap eksekutif syarikat Petro Saudi yang bergelumang dalam skandal 1MDB. 

Pelbagai pengumuman dan laporan yang mengejutkan rakyat Malaysia dilemparkan terhadap Justo yang pada ketika itu ditahan oleh pihak berkuasa Thailand atas kesalahan peras ugut terhadap bekas majikannya. 

Ada juga laporan yang mengait serta menakut-nakutkan beberapa individu dalam negara yang konon-nya bersubahat dengan Justo untuk menjatuhkan kerajaan Malaysia. 

Percubaan menjatuhan kerajaan adalah satu kesalahan yang amat serius dan sudah pasti pihak polis yang diketuai oleh Ketua Polis Negara sendiri telah menjalankan siasatan yang terperinci. Apa kesudahan siasatan terhadap Justo itu?  

Justo masih terpenjara di Thailand atas kesalahan memeras ugut bekas majikannya dan bukan atas kesalahan lain yang lebih serius.

Rasanya segala kenyataan yang dikeluarkan pihak polis dan pemegang jawatan awam yang lain sebelum ini yang begitu prihatin tentang 'cubaan menjatuhkan kerajaan' bukan kenyataan politik semata-mata.

Kesangsian bahawa tuduhan terhadap Justo dari pihak berkuasa Malaysia hanya mainan politik untuk melindungi Perdana Menteri Najib Razak serta mereka yang terlibat dalam skandal 1MDB harus dilenyapkan segera. 

Pembohongan demi pembohongan berkenaan Justo dan konspirasi untuk menjatuhkan kerajaan yang dilemparkan oleh pencipta fitnah dan penulis murahan seperti Raja Petra Kamarudin (yang hidup hina sebagai pelarian di UK) dan rakan pelacurannya diMalaysia nampaknya telah lenyap ditelan pembohongan mereka yang lain.

Pastinya setelah hampir SATU TAHUN sejak tuduhan 'cubaan menjatuhkan kerajaan' dilemparkan terhadap Justo dan individu-individu tidak dikenali dari dalam negara, pihak Polis telah berjaya menyiasat kesahihan tuduhan-tuduhan tersebut. 

Rakyat berhak mengetahui perkembangan siasatan yang diketuai sendiri oleh Ketua Polis Negara yang telah bergegas ke kota Bangkok untuk mengenalpasti dalang cubaan menjatuhkan kerajaan Malaysia.

Yang pasti kerajaan yang didakwa cuba dijatuhkan oleh Justo dan lain-lain masih berdiri dengan ber-Perdana Menteri-kan seorang individu yang diketahui terlibat secara langsung dalam skandal kewangan antarabangsa 1MDB dan bergelumang dalam pelbagai salahlaku lain. 

Dalam perkembangan terbaru, peguam Justo di Singapura telah menarik diri dari mewakili bekas eksekutif PetroSaudi itu ekoran pegunduran firma guaman utama beliau dari Geneva, Lalive. 

Peguam Singapura berundur daripada kes saman Justo terhadap pemilik The Edge Media Group Tong Kooi Ong. 

In court papers filed to seek the discharge from representing Justo any further, lawyer Clement Ong explained that Justo's principal lawyers from Geneva-based law firm Lalive had told them they were no longer acting for Justo.

Lalive had appointed the Singapore lawyers to pursue Justo's case here, but since the former had dropped out, they (Singapore lawyers) would no longer be in a position to obtain further instructions on what to do in the case, he added.

Mr Ong explained that since Justo was in a Bangkok prison, taking instructions from him directly would be "inexpedient and not reasonably possible".

It is understood the withdrawal move without a lawyer replacement could mean the end of the Singapore court suit. - The Straits Times  

Jika segala tuduhan 'cubaan menjatuhkan kerajaan' terhadap Justo dan individu lain itu berasas, pastinya pihak berkuasa boleh memulakan pendakwaan diMalaysia secepat mungkin.

Rakyat ternanti-nanti akan hasil siasatan yang diketuai Ketua Polis Negara Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar. 

Pastinya rakyat ingin mengetahui secara lebih terperinci bagaimana seorang bekas pakar IT dari syarikat Petrosaudi (yang berkait rapat dalam skandal 1MDB) boleh bersubahat dengan beberapa rakyat Malaysia untuk menjatuhkan kerajaan yang dipilih rakyat. 

Ada juga yang bertanya jika Justo didapati ada menyimpan hajat untuk menggantikan Datuk Seri Najib Razak sebagai Perdana Menteri setelah menjatuhkan kerajaan Malaysia? 

Kebenaran pasti akan datang dan menang sedangkan kebatilan pasti akan lenyap. Insyaallah!
