a

Jangan kerana nila setitik rosak susu se-belanga.

MALAYSIA - Conspiracy of a thickhead and his jesters

It was a mega conspiracy which briefly became an old man's plot before re-emerging as a conspiracy again. It is touted as actions detrimental to parliamentary democracy.

Initially the tale was presented with much awe, with the alleged involvement of retired top notch politicians, foreign nationals, a media magnate and his entire stable of media outfits and even a former Prime Minister's aide. The infamous and totally untrustworthy fugitive blogger who has now transformed into Najib Razak's greatest lover was among the first to spin the tale.

Xavier Justo, who never tampered or falsified any 1MDB-PetroSaudi documents or the fugitive blogger's outrageous Statutory Declaration, was also thrown into the plot. When Justo was arrested in Thailand for some other crime, the jesters went into overdrive trying to humour the thickhead. The thickhead thought he had successfully covered his tracks and fooled the people.

As the thickhead is such he couldn't understand why the people refused to believe a single word that he and his jesters were saying, while fresh evidence and expose of the thickhead's numerous crimes against the nation continued.

In recent weeks the conspiracy to topple the government via actions detrimental to parliamentary democracy by utilising Justo's tempered/fabricated/falsified documents on 1MDB-PetroSaudi scandal has all but died. Justo's sentencing to a three-year jail by a Thai Court for blackmailing his employer must have nailed it tight. Justo seems to be a forgotten part of the play now.

Suddenly we have another conspiracy or a plot to topple the government through the back door, or so say a few jesters who could soon be promoted as junior thickheads for their ability to outperform even the best of clown from the Three Stooges.

Initially it was an old man. A retired, old but influential politician. Then it was the old man, a lawyer, a yellow A4 paper and about 20 other Members of Parliament from the coalition which the lame-duck Prime Minister leads. We still don't know who the old man is but MPs openly accused as being part of the conspiracy by another jester of an anonymous blogger has drawn multiple police reports. Watch closely how the police, particularly the Inspector General of Police, treats these reports compared to the fresh reports alleging another round of 'actions detrimental to parliamentary democracy'.

This latest conspiracy tale is nothing but another attempt to hoodwink the people. Everybody knows it and a few have come forward to educate certain politician/ministers.

The action of Members of Parliament getting together in private to deliberate on the state of affairs of the nation is not a crime. It is certainly not a conspiracy or a plot. It is the right thing to do and it is provided for under the law.

If more than half of the 222 elected representatives of the people from throughout the nation who have been allowed to sit in Dewan Rakyat as Members of Parliament decide that Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak is unfit to lead the Government then the Prime Minister must step down. That is the law, it is NOT A CRIME.

Lately shouts of 'over our dead body' by a minister reverberated threatening those who dared to break ranks to bring down a government via the backdoor. Please confine such threats within the party for party members. It may be an offence within the party, Umno/BN, to break ranks but do take note that desperate times requires desperate measures.

If you ask me 'Are we in a desperate situation now? I might slap you or get someone to recruit you as the thickhead's jester because you must be an undisputed idiot.
MCA vice-president Gan Ping Sieu who is also a former Deputy Minister explains the provisions in a simple way in his Facebook.

To be a sitting duck is our choice
Some friends ask me, what are the ways that a sitting Prime Minister can be unseated?
If you believe in the rule of law and the constitutional process, which i no doubt defend, a sitting prime minister can only be "removed" when he loses the confidence of the majority elected members of Parliament.

If you feel, as I do, that despite his earlier efforts as an inclusive and an open liberal minded PM, our PM has
- lost the moral legitimacy to lead the Government of the day,
- could no longer resolve the crisis of confidence that the Government and the Nation are facing, and yet
-- political process doesn't seem to be able to bring about immediate changes ?
Well, please express your honest view to your MP, both in private and public; even organize a petition to ask your MP to take a clear and unequivocal stand whether he or she still think that our PM should continue to serve.
That will be a democratic process one could take. ..or to be a sitting duck and to wait for GE to cast your vote of discontent.
Of course,one is at full liberty and has full political right to defend our PM and accords him the benefit of doubt and express one's confidence in him.
The choice is ours.
Do remember, the mandate of PM and MPs all come from the People.
~~~~~~
"The Government is not legitimate,unless it is carried on with the consent of the governed." ....John Locke, 《Two Treatises of Government》
a
So, attempting to remove a Prime Minister who has - lost the moral legitimacy to lead the Government of the day, could no longer resolve the crisis of confidence that the Government and the Nation are facing is not a crime. It is in fact national service. A service to Malaysia and her people.
If the IGP and others are still hungry try probing deeper into the recent statements and media interviews of Datuk Haji Abdul Rahman Dahlan the Member of Parliament for Kota Belud and Minister in the Federal Cabinet.
Abdul Rahman Dahlan may have exposed the actual CONSPIRACY, plot and a host of definite actions seriously undermining parliamentary democracy in our nation.
The real conspiracy could be the heinous plot to maintain a possible criminal at the helm of the administration, by hook or crook. Abdul Rahman has admitted to such acts, in an open interview with The Star newspaper.
It is obvious now that even the Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa has lied to justify the recent removal of Attorney General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail. By Abdul Rahman Dahlan's admission, Gani was not removed because he was sick. Gani was removed because the Prime Minister was about to be charged for a crime against this nation. This was what Rahman Dahlan said.
Please be reminded that Rahman Dahlan is also the Strategic Communications Director of Barisan Nasional. He said Najib had to 'take people out' after realising that there was a criminal charge being finalised against him.
So, who are the conspirators and what really is the conspiracy?
Who decided that the move to charge Najib was a conspiracy or a plot?
Have the police instituted any action or investigation based on Abdul Rahman Dahlan's admission. Why is the often talkative IGP silent on this revelations?
I'm not a fan of Lim Kit Siang (He has even blocked me on Twitter as in the case of numerous other Opposition politicians after heated exchanges in the past) but I fully agree with the veteran DAP leader's call for Abdul Rahman Dahlan's arrest.
If we are really keen to expose the real conspiracy to rob the nation and fool the people with lies and deception via deliberate abuse of power and position, we can. As Gan Ping Sieu rightly put it, to be a sitting duck is also our choice.
Those of you who are blowing your trumpet threatening everything that moves including Members of Parliaments against the wishes of an overwhelming majority of the 30-odd million Malaysians please take note that you may inadvertently be the biggest promoters of street demonstrations.
If you try to scuttle basic democratic rights of the people, via their elected representatives in this case, as provided for under any Parliamentary Democracy, you will just fuel greater public anger.
Bersih is just around the corner. Don't push those still reluctant Malaysians to the streets.  Thank You!
Who is the Prime Minister's IDIOT? 1MDB - Nothing2Hide
'PM's aide sabotaged Najib-Dr M dialogue'
The Umno-linked NGO which organised the 'Nothing2Hide' dialogue on 1MDB for Najib Abdul Razak has blamed the prime minister's aide for the no-show that has turned into a major embarrassment for the prime minister.
Malaysian Volunteer Lawyers Association (Sukaguam) chairperson Khairul Anwar Rahmat said today the aide had prevented Najib from attending the event so as to prevent him from crossing paths with former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who is the prime minister's fiercest critic.
"When Najib was on the way to the venue and was advised by the inspector-general of police about the situation at PWTC, the organiser still believed that Najib should attend to prove he is big-hearted and was ready to meet with Mahathir and speak on any matter.
"We were convinced that even if the programme were to be postponed on police advice, the meeting between Najib and Mahathir should still go on in a private room to prove the start of a new chapter and to calm down their respective supporters.
"Unfortunately, the aide worked to block the prime minister's attendance, conveyed inaccurate information, and made the situation worst by exaggerating the matter to the prime minister that he would supposedly be mocked if he turned up at PWTC," he said.
Khairul, who is also Johor Umno deputy youth chief, said there was never a security concern if the duo were to meet in a private room and Najib should not have been prevented from coming.
Najib's no-show turned into a major embarrassment as he was seen as 'chickening out' and this was made worse when Mahathir, who was only there as a guest, took over the stage in the prime minister's absence.
Mahathir proceeded to criticise Najib in his speech but which lasted less than 10 minutes as police blocked him from continuing, a scene captured by the media and has since gone viral on the Internet.
"Therefore, it is true when it is said that those who sully Najib's image are not outsiders but those from among his own people," said Khairul.
'Najib accepts our explantion'
He said the if the meeting had happened and photographs of Najib and Mahathir having coffee were circulated, it would have created a 'feel good' factor even if the dialogue did not go on.
"But there are some quarters that don't want to see a change in the political landscape and didn't want our plan yesterday to succeed as the continued battle between Najib and Mahathir would benefit them," he said.
Prior to the event, Khairul said the organiser had already met with Najib's aides and had prepared for various scenarios including  the one if Mahathir were to attend.
"We believe the situation would not have turned out as such if our original agenda  was not disturbed too much by the aide and his associates," he said.
As such, Khairul said it was unfair for Sukaguam and other NGOs involved in organising the event to be made scapegoats for the resulting fiasco.
Khairul added he had met Najib yesterday evening to explain the situation.
"From the prime minister's face, he appears to have taken it well and understood what I wanted to convey.
"But I hope he will take stern action against the individual responsible  as well as his associates," he said.
Khairul also warned the unnamed aide against turning Sukaguam into a scapegoat, saying that he was prepared to expose this person together with evidence.
He also clarified Sukaguam's claim that Mahathir was not invited, stating that the former premier was only supposed to be present as a guest and not a speaker.
Now this is a serious matter.
You cannot easily identify the culprit because Najib Razak surrounds himself with one too many idiots, both local and foreign.
Some used-to-be intelligent and straight-arrows have also turned into domesticated pussies after stepping into the Prime Minister's Office. Who could be the PM's idiot who has successfully re-branded his boss?
Maybe Najib Razak should personally lodge a police report so that the Inspector General himself could take up the case and try to identify who sabotaged the event and effectively exposed Najib as THE wimp of the nation.
Sources say Najib's Political Secretary Datuk Khairun Aseh (pic above) was holed up in one of the rooms in PWTC, very close to the hall in which the #Nothing2Hide dialouge was held, on Friday morning.
Maybe the IGP could take a look at all those CCTV recording in PWTC or consult the OCPD who went upstage to ask Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad to stop addressing the #Nothing2Hide crowd because maybe the OCPD did speak to the PM's aide before he was asked to stop Tun Dr M... maybe.
Certainly idiots must be on the run after the shit has hit the ceiling.
Khas untuk pejuang-pejuang cyber yang telah sehari suntuk berputar-putar dalam percubaan untuk memutarbelit kebaculan Perdana Menteri yang terserlah semalam, sila berhenti berputar dan cuba tolong pihak Polis mengenalpasti 'anasir' yang dikatakan telah menjatuhkan kemaluan... oops air muka Najib di mata dunia pada pagi Jumaat.
#Nothing2Hide #BeraniKeranaBenar
p/s Hakikatnya bermacam taktik dan teknik sedang digunakan dalam percubaan untuk mengembalikan kemaluan yang telah hilang itu. :-)
British boy Freedie saved by PDRM
Freedie is safe!
The Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar sent out the above tweet a short while ago. The 20-month old British boy who was reported to have been abducted from his house in Jalan Terasek Bangsar has been saved. Alhamdulillah!
Freedie Joseph was allegedly abducted by persons known to his family.
Expat mum: My son was kidnapped in Bangsar
PETALING JAYA: A 20-month-old baby boy of an expatriate mother has been kidnapped after a man stormed into her house in Bangsar here and took him away.
Language teacher Sarah Joseph, 38, was alone with the baby, having dinner on the porch at about 6.20pm Friday when the man came into the double-storey link house in Jalan Terasek and grabbed the baby, named Freddie, from his chair.
The man ran out of the house and drove off in a white Toyota Camry.
“We hope as many people as possible can help us look out for the man. He could not have gotten far in this traffic,” a friend of the family told reporters soon after the incident.
Kuala Lumpur CID chief Datuk Ku Chin Wah said police have classified the case as kidnapping until further investigations showed otherwise. Police believed the people who took the baby away knew the family. - The Star
Can't wait for Opposition MP N.Surendran, who happens to be the abducted boy's neighbor, to congratulate the IGP and his men.
... or would Surendran do his usual stunt and appear as counsel for the kidnappers?
Anyhow, despite all those shortcomings, it must be re-emphasized that our Royal Malaysian Police force is one of the best in the world.
Well done Tan Sri IGP.
p/s A press conference pertaining this latest development in Freedie Joseph's abduction is expected at 3pm today.
WHO wants Preventive Law now?
UPDATED 1920hrs 06/07/2013 - A good move by the IGP.
 …a Tan Sri who is famous for his public opinions stood up and made his point, succinctly.
“Maybe the government moved in a haste, in the hope of getting more votes, repealing some preventive laws before the elections,” the Tan Sri, a retired senior civil servant opined.
A few other concerned residents spoke their hearts out. The main concern was crime as the meet was with our OCPD.
With some interjection and reminder from the president on the need to uphold Human Rights, the meeting was certainly an eye-opener.
There is certainly a glaring gap. Development has grown it wider. The real social network is ruptured at every turn. Activists have had their say and way, politicians have had their too. When the dust settle, the public are paying for it... or so it seems.
The police must do some serious public engagement, possibly starting with the numerous RAs, in a more constructive manner. RAs too must be proactive and stop taking the easy way out by blaming others, the police in particular.
It is not about allocations or grants. Its not about funding. It’s about how, as one resident put it, we (the residents and the police) could work together. Guess both sides should start talking in a more informal way on how best to join forces. Police force and Public force sounds good.
The OCPD (steady bro) even suggested a joint WhatsApp grouping (via our mobile phones) for a start. It’s brilliant.
The root cause is lack of engagement. One former policeman uncle, who said he retired in 1985, stood up and brought back memories of the Salleh system introduced by former IGP  Tun Salleh Ismail in 1967.
History[edit]
In September 1967, the Police Planning and Research Branch has developed and compiled a new concept called Salleh System, which as taken in conjunction with the name of the IGP Tun Salleh Ismail. To test the effectiveness of this system, it has tried to be implemented in Petaling Jaya in February, 1968. This experiment appears to effectively and successfully reduce crime rate in Petaling Jaya. Instructions issued on 7 June 1968 by Police Force Order so that the system is implemented in all Contingents. - Sistem Salleh
Later, or was it earlier, someone mentioned about enacting 'suitable laws to strenghten the hands of the police', another person said we have gone 'overboard in protecting the rights of the criminals'
When the OCPD explained in detail as to how repeat criminal offenders and crime syndicates are able to move with certain impunity, jaws dropped. I'm sure now they understand the rules and limitations of the police force.
The law, some said after listening to the OCPD, is not being fair to the victims... the innocent public. Criminals seem to enjoy greater human rights than the ordinary folks. The police are trying to protect us with their hands tied behind their backs.
We certainly do need some form of a preventive law to stop this rotten state of affairs. We cannot be pandering to the wants of a small group of activists, who may even want to walk naked on our streets to uphold absolute human rights.
The public must speak up, and those who are supposed to listen better do that!
IGP: Police supports calls to introduce new preventive laws similar to Emergency Ordinance
p/s Who is the brave new Member of Parliament who is preparing to bring this 'need for a preventive law' up at the Dewan Rakyat next week? Good luck YB.
OPS DAULAT - Tun Dr M in Ground Zero
Dr Mahathir who spent about an hour with our Police and Military men of Ops Daulat in Lahad Datu on Sunday (17/03/2013) praised our security forces for their bravery, professionalism and ability to contain and eliminate the threat posed by the Kiram group of terrorists in Sabah.
"The ability of our security forces is on par with any other nation and we don't have to rely on foreign help as was the case before we achieved Independence"
The former Prime Minister said the Sulu people, on the other side of the border (in Philippines) are our friends while those (of Sulu origin) in Sabah were our citizens while the Kiram group are nothing but criminals who cause unnecessary problem for everybody.
"I'm sure the peace loving people of Sulu here and our friends on the other side condemn the actions of these criminals who have killed our security forces and caused a big problem for us.
Repeatedly thanking the security forces for their sacrifices in ensuring the sovereignty of Malaysia was not compromised 'even an inch', Dr Mahathir said the people of Sabah and Malaysia in general felt safe because our security forces were willing to sacrifice their lives for the well being of the nation and her people.
'The people of Sabah and Malaysians in general feel indebted to our security forces. We Malaysians appreciate the sacrifices of our security forces and this is one of our best quality as Malaysians. We unite and stand as one in such times although there were those who are trying to divide us. I'm sure the 'rakyat' will stand united.
"The people could think for themselves if all this that is happening in Lahad datu is a sandiwara or not.
